The students involved in this
year’s Senior production,
for Years 10 to 12, rose
magnificently to the
challenge of staging one
of the best known major
musicals in an intimate,
80-seat theatrette in the
Performing Arts Centre.
Undaunted by the vocal
workload required for the six
performances, the students
triumphed in their delivery of
one of the most ambitious
pieces of musical theatre
ever to be staged at BMGS.

The cast and crew
numbered more than sixty
students, and the depth of
vocal talent led to some
shared lead roles.
