on the NE corner. Just north of Walgreens is the Sun City Center Inn. On
the SE corner is a small strip center with a few offices and PNC bank. Just
south of these buildings is the SCC Emergency Squad training facility and
West Coast Golf Cart facility. The SW corner is CVS, and behind CVS is an

office building and South Shore Community Bank. Next to CVS are a sav-
ings and loan and a supermarket, Winn-Dixie. Behind (South) of this
complex is the nursing

Further east on the north side of SR 674 is another shopping center,
which houses a Publix, two banks, a liquor store, Boggs Jewelers, a Sub-
way, a UPS Store, a MacDonald’s, and several other small businesses.
Across US 301 on the SE corner is an auto parts store, a decorating stu-

dio and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. All of the other church-
es in SCC are north of SR 674. None of the facilities on the South side of
674 East of 301 can be reached by golf cart. On the NE corner of SR 674

and US 301 is Wal-Mart, which can be reached by golf cart. The path is
north of the Publix shopping center. (See golf cart driving map [Fig 15
page 57]).

Proceeding west from Pebble Beach, there is the Sun City Center Plaza
with a fairly large number of businesses including the Post Office, Wells
Fargo, Bank of America, SunTrust, some medical offices, the SCC Cham-

ber of Commerce, Nearly New Shop, and others. Just west of this strip
center is a funeral home. Next, we cross West Del Webb, on which just
north of 674 is Trinity Baptist Church. Continuing west on 674 we come

to Redeemer Lutheran Church. Across Valley Forge is Prince of Peace
Catholic Church, next some private homes, then Sun Hill Medical Center.
Still farther west is South Bay Hospital operated by HCA. West of the
hospital is Upper Creek Drive, which leads to the Freedom Plaza front gate.

On Upper Creek Drive there are more medical offices; Freedom Plaza As-
sisted Living, the assisted living portion of Freedom Plaza, and Freedom
Plaza Memory Care, the memory care portion of Freedom Plaza.

Continuing west, at Cortaro Drive are more small businesses and another
small shopping center containing Burger King, Taco Bell, and Enterprise
