FREER

Mind clear,
Heart pure,
Nothing to fear.

Body light,
Spirit open,
We are freer.

Soar across the sky,
Walk the earth with joy,
See what is real,
Feel what is true.

Hear the wind,
Touch the trees,
Listen to the river,
Dance with the light of sun.

With free mind,
With clean heart,
We feel others’ joys,
We hold their pain,
And in this shared breath,
We are one.

Greed fades,
Divisions fall,
“Us” and “them” dissolve,
Freedom rises,
Life flows,
We are whole.
