TB: What is the group’s writing process like?
UFH: It has evolved over the years and some
songs are different from others, but it usually
begins with our vocalist Danny writing the lyrics
and progression, or the ‘skeleton,’ and then all of
us come together to make the songs what they are.
We've also been fortunate enough to work with
some really talented producers to make our songs
the best they can be.
TB: You released the 12-song album ‘All for
Nothing’ in 2023, which is basically a
compilation of many of your previously
released singles. Why the decision to release
them on an album?
UFH: A few reasons, one is that we've always
wanted a full-length, whereas previously, we only
had EPs or singles. Also, our Spotify and Apple
Music pages looked really chaotic with a bunch of
singles on there, so it was in our best interest to
throw them all together.
TB: What has the band been working on since
the release of the album? Any new singles in
the works?
UFH: Yes! We just finished recording two songs in
June of 2024. They should be out in the next few
months and we can't wait for our listeners to hear
what we think is our most defined sound yet.
