Nick  shared  that  he  tried  to  go  to  college
          straight  out  of  high  school,  but  it  wasn’t
          something that worked out for him. “It was
          the first time in my life I wasn’t in a music
          project. I realized I couldn’t do anything else.
          I  needed  an  outlet.”  Blake  agreed,  “That’s
          why it’s so important for schools to keep art
          and music programs. People need a way to
          express themselves.”

          “It’s  easy  to  lose  a  sense  of  yourself  as  a
          teenager;  to  become  a  small  piece  in  a
          Jackson Pollock painting, to turn into one of
          three  people,”  Nick  emphasized  the
          importance of having a creative outlet and
          not falling into the trap of thinking you have
          to fit into a category. There is no one-size-
          fits-all.
