1. The ePMO project proposal form, detailing the need for and benefits of the project, should be completed by the project sponsor
2. The completed proposal should be forwarded to the ePMO for review
3. The proposal will be circulated by the ePMO to the GLT in advance and then presented in person by the sponsor and VP GBC, at the next available GLT meeting
4. The CRB will review the proposal and make one of the following decisions:
• Proceed to identification phase
• Request reworking of the proposal if more information is required
• Place the proposal on hold
• Reject the proposal
