Narcotic antagonists
      The structural change that convert a narcotic agonist to an antagonist,
      appears to be the alkylation of the piperidine nitrogen i.e.
       (replacement of the methyl group by propyl, allyl or isopropyl).
      Ex. Nalorphine and Naloxone
