Uses:

The German Commission E approved internal and external use of nettle
leaf for rheumatic ailments
Effects on male genital disorders: The root act as antiprostatic .It is
approved by German Commission E for difficulty in urination from benign
prostatic hyperplasia
- Food use:
Nettle (herbs and leaves) is used in soups and herbal teas in USA & Europe.
Clinical studies:
Clinical studies showed that Nettle root is effective in the treatment of
symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). (Relieves symptoms of an
enlarged prostate without eliminating the enlargement itself).
