Constituents:
-Dextrose, levulose.
-Sucrose.
-Potent antibacterial peptide.
-Volatile oil.
-Pollen.

Uses:
Sweetening, demulcent for cough.
Topical treatment of sores and wounds.
For treatment of gastric ulcer due to Helicobacter pylori.

Contraindication:
It is best not to be given to infants of 2-3 months of fear of contamination with
Clostridium botulinum that can cause botulism.

                                      Royal gelly

A milky fluid produced by worker bee used as essential nourishment for growth and
development of queen bee.

Constituents:

-Proteins which contain the 8 essential amino acids and other acids.

-Sugar, lipids and vitamins B,C,D and E in low traces.

-Pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid and inositol.

-Minerals.
