'Amrit Kirtan', Chandigarh, and Renowned Gurmat Sangeet Scholar Dr.Gurnam Singh (Punjabi University,
Patiala).

Currently serving on the panel of Judges since 8 years at both Regional and International levels in the
Hemkunt Foundation Keertan events. Complete knowledge of KD rules and guidelines as per SGPC
approved book of Gur Shabad Keertan and well versed with recommended and approved Raga Saroops
