New Competition

Coffee expert James Hoffman is looking
for coffee roasters from all over the world
to take part in his next cupping event, The
Fermentation Project.

A single lot of coffee from Guatemala has
been split into four micro-lots, each
undergoing a different fermentation
process.

He is asking interested coffee roasters
from around the world to sign up for The

a big topic for years. The advent of healthy
