Are there any aspects of JES’
strategy or day-to-day operations
you’re excited to get your hands on?

I have to say I’m excited about all
aspects of my role at JES. The company
has a real buzz and passion, and it’s a
privilege to be involved in such a
forward-thinking and innovative
business.

In particular, I’m looking forward to the
development and implementation of a
new warehouse management system
(WMS). This will further strengthen our
service levels and improve operational
efficiency across the business.
Service is at the heart of everything we
do at Jaguar Espresso, and the
opportunity to build on that
foundation is something I’m really
looking forward to.

What are your hopes for the
business for the rest of the year?

My hope for the rest of the year is that
we continue to listen to and support
our customers while maintaining our
investment in infrastructure, service
and our people.

It’s clear that the team at Jaguar
Espresso genuinely enjoy working
here, and that enthusiasm translates
directly into the service our customers

receive. Continuing to build on that
positive culture, while strengthening
our reputation for reliability and
support across the industry, will be key
as we move forward.
