WATER FILTERS
FOR COMMERCIAL COFFEE
machines
Types of Water Filters
There are several types of water filters
available for commercial coffee machines,
each designed to address specific water
quality issues. The most common types
include:
Activated Carbon Filters
Activated carbon filters are highly effective at
removing chlorine, organic compounds, and
other contaminants that can affect the taste
and smell of water. These filters work by
adsorbing impurities onto the surface of the Ion Exchange
activated carbon, thus purifying the water.
Filters
Reverse Osmosis Filters Ion exchange filters are

Sediment Filters
Sediment filters remove
suspended particles, such
as sand, rust, and dirt, from
the water. They are typically
used as a pre-filtration step
to protect other filters and
the coffee machine from
damage caused by large
particles.
