Here are some tips to help with digestion:


                   Chew

                         Take littler bites.

                         Place your fork on the table in between bites.

                         Attempt utilizing chopsticks - it makes you slow up.

                         Exhaustively chew every bite of food.

                          legumes.
                         Snack on an apple

                          habitual  constipation, damage to the bowel wall from laxative
