This successful design focuses on responding to two different types of housing
contexts—urban and residential—by combining advantages from each.
Diverse Housing. The residences
consist of a mix of one-, two- and
three-bedroom units, and the design
includes both secured private yards
and shared green space.
Urban Planning. The building is pushed
to the edge of the street to provide
street-front retail that vitalizes the street,
and it reaches the maximum allowed
height (65 feet), increasing density.
