LightBridge Hospice Remembrance Walk
The LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation, which funds hospice services and special
programs for patients and their loved ones, hosted its 3rd annual Remembrance Walk on
Sunday, October 2 at Liberty Station.
The “Footsteps and Heartstrings” Remembrance Walk honored loved ones lost, as well as the
family members, volunteers and corporate supporters of those who cared for them.
