This challenging program enables participants to strengthen their leadership brand and build
connections across the company. Participants will complete a variety of learning and reflection

activities that equip them with the tools, mindset and self-knowledge to positively influence business
growth, drive employee engagement and become a true organizational leader.
• Internalize the Leader’s role in driving change and increasing team and organizational effectiveness.
• Understand personal leadership style and be able to articulate a personal leadership brand that
encompasses self, team and organization.
Learning Outcomes • Leverage knowledge of behavioral styles to optimize communication, collaboration, and influence.
• Learn and apply a model of influence to increase personal effectiveness.
• Learn how to leverage knowledge of the Thermo Fisher Scientific business to drive results,
collaborate and achieve continuous improvement.
Target Audience High Potential and Promotable Band 8 colleagues, at least 12 months with the Company.
Multiple self-directed learning activities interwoven with four, 3-hour virtual instructor-led session over a

A nomination process will be conducted in APAC and EMEA in early Q1 2021. There will not be an
open registration process held for the Americas. Those who were registered, waitlisted or pending for a

January of 2021 inviting them to register for a 2021 class.
