R&D Leadership Academy (RDLA) Nomination Program

This leadership development journey is designed to develop the skills and competencies of

R&D Leaders to prepare them to be successful in leading innovative teams and/or projects and

Target Audience High Potential and Promotable Band 7-8 R&D Leaders

6-8 month program including three virtual modules (each approx. four 3-hour sessions) spread

Duration & Format out over the duration of the program, taught by Thermo Fisher leaders and industry leading
experts. Two cohorts, each consisting of approx. 30 participants, will run per year.

Competitive nomination process led by R&D Talent Partner in consultation with R&D Leaders.

Registration Note: Nominees selected for the two 2020 cohorts will participate in 2021 as long as they still
meet the nomination criteria. Both cohorts will run from March through September.
