This challenging leadership development program targets key skillsets required to be successful in a Site

Leader or Operations Senior Manager/Director role. Learning gained can also be immediately applied
Course Overview to current role for increased team and business impact. Focus areas include driving a culture of
accountability through Leadership and Talent Management; Financial and Commercial Acumen; and

Operations Leadership Excellence.

Up to a year-long program and includes three virtual modules that are four days/three-hours per day in

Duration & Format length and taught by Thermo Fisher leaders and industry leading experts; individual one-hour virtual
sessions and self-directed learning activities throughout the duration of the program.
