I.3. The faculty are trained how to assess student performance properly.
Faculty also attended workshops/seminars in test construction, observations and interactions
to assess students performance properly. On June 3, 2019, the College Conducted a workshop in test
construction and table of specifications. Our guest was Dr. Grace Gumpal, a Ph.D. in education.

I.4. The College of Nursing encourages and supports assessment for multiple intelligences.
Students in Fundamentals of Nursing are required to interview a Professional Nurse to give
them idea of the Profession. This tested their Interpersonal Intelligence (Multiple intelligence.). Students
in Fundamentals of Nursing RLE, and other subjects with related learning experiences are required to
demonstrate their skills. (handwashing, vital signs, iv insertion and others). This tested their Bodily
Kinesthetic Ability, Intrapersonal and Linguistic (Multiple intelligence.) Please see the file in A3PD archive

I.5. Course and test requirements are returned to students after results are checked, recorded, and
analyzed.
During exams, students are given the questionnaires while the answer sheets are left to the
Faculty for records keeping after item analysis.
