BUSINESS STRATEGY
A. Quality Will Production
For every perfume product that we create, 80% of it is made from fresh fruit extracts so that the
fragrance is maintained and the rest is formulated by a professional perfumer with a European
chemistry graduate who understands and understands very well about compounds to produce a good
fragrance. Meanwhile, for bodycare production, our company uses 45% fruit extract and the rest is
well arranged according to the purpose of bodycare. Our company also uses organic fruits.
In our company, we also have an SOP or Company Operating Standards led by a Quality Control
manager so that if defects are found in production, from checking the contents of the perfume to the
body of the perfume, such as there are no printing mistakes in the writing. However, if there is a
defect, we will distribute the product to PT. Central Indonesia
Our company usually produces about one hundred pieces each month for each product. The
determination of this amount was determined because it adjusted our company partners, namely the
supplier of fruit gardens, which we would later produce extracts or extracts for various kinds of PT.

B. Target Market
