Even if We sent down an gels to them, and the dead spoke to them, and We gath ered to geth er ev ery thing in
front of them right be fore their eyes, they would still not be lieve un less Allah willed. The truth is that most
of them are ig no rant. (Qur’an, 6:111)
For those who think in a nor mal way, it is a sim ple mat ter to ac knowl edge the “I” that feels and per -
ceives the con scious ness with in them and to un der stand that they pos sess a con scious ness that lies out -
side the brain. But since Darwinists have an en tire ly dif fer ent way of think ing, they are un a ble to see the
ex is tence of a soul be yond mat ter, or the con scious ness that be longs to them.
It is easy to ob serve this in any Darwinist. A spe cial sys tem of think ing that op er ates in a dif fer ent
way thus makes Darwinists re ject any ac counts apart from mat ter. However, any one with a nor mal,
healthy aware ness can eas i ly see that the world is an en sem ble of per cep tions, and that the “I” who per -
ceives this is dif fer ent from the light outside, the brain, ear, eye and elec tri cal sig nals. External light of
a cer tain wave length may cause the col or red that we see, but there must al so be an ex pla na tion of the
“I” that re al iz es it is red and de ter mines it to be so. A ra tion al per son will im me di ate ly con clude that all
such per cep tions be long to the soul, be cause such a per son will be aware of the con scious ness he pos -
sess es, the aware ness he re fers to as “me.” Such a per son can eas i ly see the il log i cal i ty and in va lid i ty of
all ma te ri al ist ac counts, and will im me di ate ly re al ize the great er ror that Darwinism is.
Not be ing de ceived by Darwinist prop a gan da re quires that one take none of these claims se ri ous ly,
be cause those peo ple who make such claims have a dif fer ent con cep tion. One con vin cing proof of this
is the way that the same ma te ri al ist prop a gan da has per sist ed with out in ter rup tion, even though it is
known to be un sci en tif ic since the be gin ning of the 20th cen tu ry—since quan tum phys ics’ dis cov ery of
mat ter’s true es sence. Matter, on which foun da tion their the o ries and phil os o phies were based, has dis -
ap peared, but this has still brought no new re al i za tion to Darwinist and ma te ri al ist cir cles.
This may be a pun ish ment in flict ed on them by our Lord in re turn for their de ni al of Him. Allah may
have with held their attribute of be ing en ti ties pos sessed of a soul for as long as they de ny their own ex -
is tence as eter nal souls. No doubt that Allah knows best. In one verse He tells us that:
Do not be like those who for got Allah, so He made them for get them selves. Such peo ple are the de vi a tors.
(Qur’an, 59:19)
For that rea son, it is a grave er ror for any one who has un der stood the true na ture of mat ter and who
has re al ized the “self” to be de ceived by Darwinist fic tions or to ad mit that any hol low ma te ri al ist claims
might be true. Anyone who can see the ev i dence of the soul they pos sess and re al ize the ex is tence of an
Almighty and All-Powerful Creator of all things, will be come an en ti ty with su pe ri or ca pac i ties to rea -
son, too el e vat ed to be tak en in by Darwinist de cep tions. By means of it, such a per son appreciates Al -
lah’s su preme might and knows that he has an eter nal soul cre at ed out of noth ing ness. He is amazed at
the viv id, match less world that his soul is made to per ceive—the artistry of Allah Who created it as an
in tense ly amaz ing il lu sion. He al so knows that this world is not the true home of his eter nal soul and
that he must strive to at tain that true home, as prom ised by Allah.
The true abode of the soul is the Hereafter, which has been cre at ed for all souls, for all the hu man
be ings who have ev er lived. Humans will be con front ed by in fi nite bless ings or suf fer ing in the
Hereafter. The life of this world, which con sists sole ly of im a ges, is a place of test ing for that eter nal life.
Whether a per son will live amid eter nal bless ings, or wheth er he will be ex posed to suf fer ing, will be
de ter mined by the mor al val ues and manners he dis plays and the deeds he does in this world. Virtue
and good deeds are pos si ble through sin cere be lief in Allah and ad her ence to the Qur’an.
Each and ev ery one of you will re turn to Him. Allah’s prom ise is true. He brings cre a tion out of noth ing and
then re gen er ates it so that He can re pay with jus tice those who be lieved and did right ac tions. Those who dis -
be lieved will have a drink of scald ing wa ter and a pain ful pun ish ment be cause of their dis be lief. (Qur’an,
10:4)
