It is not phys i cal mat ter that achieves these things; it is not the pro teins that emerge from the food
one eats. Nor is it the cells in the hu man brain. It is not the hu man brain for it cannot feel love. The bra-

in has no ca pac i ty to en joy mu sic, can not feel af fec tion for a squir rel as it watch es it frisk ing around. The
brain feels no long ing, no loy al ty or de vo tion. The brain feels no nos tal gia as it re mem bers its first day
at pri ma ry school. The brain is mere ly an organ made up of fats, wa ter, pro teins and var i ous chem i cals.
It is not brains, but hu man souls who love, re joice, and feel shame and af fec tion and long ing as they re -

mem ber. It is the ex is tence of the soul be long ing to Allah that makes hu man be ings hu man.
Whether or not peo ple be lieve in the ex is tence of the soul, they will still have to aban don their earth -
ly bod ies and rend er ac count of them selves in the pres ence of Allah in the Hereafter. The faith ful be lieve
that they pos sess a soul be stowed by Allah. They and all the rest—de niers, ma te ri al ists, Darwinists, tho-

se who op posed the ex is tence of the soul through out their en tire lives, those who say “We con sist of a
col lec tion of neu rons,” and “There is no Hereafter,” those who say “Matter is the on ly ab so lute”—with -
out ex cep tion, all the souls who have ev er lived will have to ac count for them selves in the Presence of
Allah. Each will re ceive a per fect rec om pense for their deeds. Each will be judged with jus tice.

Whether a per son ad mits to a 1% pos si bil i ty of these facts be ing true, or wheth er they “won der”
with re gard to the fact of the Hereafter, they must now aban don all their er ro ne ous be liefs and do all
they can to pre pare them selves for the Hereafter by turn ing to our Lord, Allah.
It is al ways pos si ble to re deem on e’s er rors so long as one is alive in this world. Allah tells us in His

             vers es that:
When those who be lieve in Our Signs come to you, say, “Peace be up on you!” Allah has made mer cy in cum -
bent on Himself. If any one among you does evil out of ig no rance and then aft er wards re pents and puts
things right, He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Qur’an, 6:54)

But as for those who do evil ac tions and then sub se quent ly re pent and be lieve, in that case your Lord is Ever-
Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat al-A‘raf, 153)

The life of this world is a tem po rary abode. Everything be long ing to this world is tran sient. Nothing
be long ing to hu man be ings in this world is re al. To im ag ine that this world is re al is like as sum ing that
a dream is re al, di rect ing all on e’s en er gies to wards it and clos ing on e’s eyes and soul to ev ery thing el-
se. Allah is the sole ab so lute Being, the sole truth. Darwinism has col lapsed and ma te ri al ism is dead.

Acceptance of the ex is tence of Almighty Allah means the end of all false faiths. The aim of this bo-
ok is to in vite ev ery one to see this. There is no doubt that “. . . It is on ly peo ple of in tel li gence who
             pay heed” (Qur’an, 13:19).
