Pleasant Words from the Gospel

The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) is a
Servant of God

When God raised up His servant [Jesus], He sent him first to
you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.
(Acts, 3:26)

Jesus said to him, "... For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your
God, and serve Him only." (Matthew, 4:10)

The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Is-
rael, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your
God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your
mind and with all your strength.' (Mark, 12:29-30)

"Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying
that God is one and there is no other but him... When Jesus
saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, "You are not
far from the kingdom of God"... (Mark, 32-34)

Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and
serve Him only.'" (Luke, 4:8)

The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) is a
Prophet Sent by God

[Jesus:] By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and
my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but Him
[God] Who sent me. (John, 5:30)

... [God] Who sent me has Himself testified concerning me...
(John, 5:37)
