... They believed that You sent me. (John, 17:8)

Then Jesus... "I am not here on my own, but He [God] Who
sent me is true. You do not know Him [God], but I know Him
because... He sent me." (John, 7:28-29)

Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one
[God's messenger] He has sent." (John, 6:29)

For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God...
(John, 3:34)

After the people saw the miraculous sign that Jesus did, they
began to say, "Surely this is the prophet who is to come into
the world." (John, 6:14)

The crowds answered, "This is Jesus, the prophet from
Nazareth in Galilee." (Mathew, 21:11)

... "He was a prophet, powerful in word and deed before God
and all the people." (Luke, 24:19)

Jesus replied, "Let us go somewhere else—to the nearby vil-
lages—so I can preach there also. That is why I have come."
(Mark, 1:38)

And they took offense at him [Jesus]. But Jesus said to them,
"Only in his hometown and in his own house is a prophet
without honor." (Matthew, 13:57)

They looked for a way to arrest him, but they were afraid of
the crowd because the people held that he [Jesus] was a
prophet. (Matthew, 21:46)
