In the event the autonomous
communist state the PKK
desires is set up in Southeast
Turkey, that communist state
will immediately want its own
police organization and regular
army. It will not listen to the
Turkish government, nor recog-
nize its laws, and the savagery
and terror required by the com-
munist mindset will continue
and grow even stronger.
a Turkish state that governs in name alone will be one that
effectively does not exist for them because the communist
PKK will continue to enforce its own communist system, its
"dictatorship of the proletariat." It will not heed the police or
the military, it will recognize no laws and will abide by no
agreements. It will persist with its communist uprising with
all the violence, disobedience and rebellion demanded by the
communist mindset, after which the state will become an
entirely independent one.
In the event that an autonomous state is established in the region, that
communist state will want its own police force and military and to set up
its own regular army. Then it will adopt a different flag from that of the
Republic of Turkey. It will use that flag, though it will perhaps allow the
Turkish flag to be flown for a short period of time. The Turkish flag will
continue to exist as a symbolic one, like the Turkish flags flown in other
countries. The communist administration in question will also make regu-
lar demands for money from the Turkish state. All its needs will be met by
the Turkish state, and that autonomous state will easily be able to arm
itself. It will be the Turkish state and the citizens of the Republic of Turkey
