THE PROFOUND DARKNESS OF THE HYPOCRITE

An act, which God does not approve of and reveals to be a deviancy, is not only
something that Muslims must avoid but also have a responsibility to communi-
cate the truths about. However, of course it is definitely unacceptable and very
wrong that some ignorant people persecute such deviant people or harm them
physically.

ADNAN OKTAR: Whether a homosexual, a robber or a
murderer, no one has the right to kill anyone. There is the

law and a legal order. With the law and legal order, inci-
dents are defined; killing, hanging, hacking, bombing,
and firing a gun are all brutal, primitive methods. For ex-
ample we are elucidating the fact that homosexually is
wrong. How are we doing this? We are elucidating with
the Qur'an. We are elucidating in a way that it appeals

to intelligence, foresight, and discernment. On the other
hand, firing a gun, bombing etc., are ferocity, we are
strictly against these. We strictly condemn every kind of
violence. A Muslim can't accept any kind of terror and
brutality. Islam in the Qur'an is the religion of peace and
love. There is no interference to any other one's belief or
opinion. Punishments should be determined with the law and legal order. (A9 TV,

ADNAN OKTAR: Do you not see those who have turned to people with whom God
is angry?..." (Surat al-Mujadala, 14) Muslims are against homosexuality and
Darwinism. But hypocrites consider these as friends and guardians. Wherever
there is a member of the deep state, a treacherous plotter, a liar, a snob or evil

people who want to do harm to Islam, hypocrites go and find those persons in a
peculiar way. If Muslims can detect what hypocrites have found, then they can
intellectually make them ineffective. Otherwise, Muslims cannot designate them
easily by themselves. Muslims cannot find such dirty people. They can only lay
hold of those that hypocrites have found. Hypocrites are like 'hunting dogs' be-
cause they will find the most devilish people amongst unbelievers. When Muslims
ensnare the ones that hypocrites have found, then they make them ineffective
through intellect and wisdom. Otherwise how could Muslims find them? But hyp-
ocrites sense the scent with an evil intuition. (A9 TV, May 12 , 2016)

It is quite a striking fact that some people who have an overt hostility toward
Islam show such an intense interest and apparent sympathy to some of the views
of Mawlana Jalaluddin Rumi. Even so, the cases of some people who take an ag-
gressive stance against God, our beloved Prophet (pbuh) and all the sacred values
