A ADNAN OKTAR (HARUN YAHYA)
As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for You, my God.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with
God?... Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and
my God… By day the Lord directs His love, at night His song is with me—
a prayer to the God of my life… Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise
Him, my Savior and my God. (Psalm, 42:1-2, 5, 8, 11)
Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You I will praise
You as long as I live, and in Your name I will lift up my hands. I will be
fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will
praise You. On my bed I remember You; I think of You through the watch-
es of the night. Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings.
I cling to You; Your right hand upholds me.. (Psalm, 63:3-8)
I love the Lord, for He heard my voice; He heard my cry for mercy. Be-
cause He turned His ear to me, I will call on Him as long as I live. (Psalm,
116: 1-2)
But I, by Your great love, can come into Your house; in reverence I bow
down toward Your holy temple. (Psalm, 5:7)
… When I said, “My foot is slipping,” Your unfailing love, Lord, supported
me. When anxiety was great within me, Your consolation brought me
joy… But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom
I take refuge. (Psalm, 94:18, 19, 22)
… Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God…(Joel, 2:23)
I rejoice in following Your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I med-
itate on Your precepts and consider Your ways. I delight in Your decrees;
I will not neglect Your word. (Psalm, 119:14-16)
