44 L LOVE IN THE TORAH
Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from Him. Truly He
is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will never be shaken…
Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him. Truly He is my
rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salva-
tion and my honor depend on God; He is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust
in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God
is our refuge… Do not trust in extortion or put vain hope in stolen goods;
though your riches increase, do not set your heart on them… “Power be-
longs to You, God, and with You, Lord, is unfailing love, and, “You reward
everyone according to what they have done.” (Psalm, 62:1-12)
Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You. I will praise
You as long as I live, and in Your name I will lift up my hands. I will be
fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will
praise You. On my bed I remember You; I think of you through the watch-
es of the night. Because You are my help,
I sing in the shadow of Your wings.
I cling to You; Your right hand up-
holds me. (Psalm, 63:3-8)
Lord, You have been our dwelling
place throughout all genera-
tions. Before the mountains
were born or You brought
forth the whole world, from
everlasting to everlasting
you are God. (Psalm, 90:1-2)
