74 L LOVE IN THE TORAH

GOD LOVES THOSE WHO ARE

RIGHT AND JUST

For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and
iniquity. In My faithfulness I will reward them

and make an everlasting covenant with them.
(Isaiah, 61:8)
The Lord loves righteousness and justice, the

earth is full of His unfailing love. (Psalm,
33:5)

“... but let him who boasts boast about this:
that he understands and knows Me, that I
am the Lord, Who exercises kindness,
justice and righteousness on earth, for in
these I delight,” declares the Lord. (Jeremi-
ah, 9:24)

He has showed you, O man, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you? To act
justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly

with your God. (Micah, 6:8)
If a king judges the poor with fairness, his throne

will always be secure. (Proverbs, 29:14)

For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his chil-
dren and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord
by doing what is right and just... (Genesis, 18:19)
