WISDOM AND SOUND ADVICE FROM THE TORAH

For surely, O Lord, You bless the righteous; You surround
them with Your favor as with a shield. (Psalms, 5:12)

... Lord your God loves you. (Deuteronomy, 23:5)

For great is His love toward us, and the faithfulness of the
Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord. (Psalms, 117:2)

... He [God] is gracious and compassionate... and abounding

God's Being Omnipresent

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do
not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God
will be with you wherever you go. (Joshua, 1:9)

... to God, Who has been with me wherever I have gone.
(Genesis, 35:3)

... "Be strong... for I am with you," declares the Lord Al-
mighty. (Haggai, 2:4)

Joseph's master took him and put him in prison, the place
where the king's prisoners were confined. But while Joseph
