WISDOM AND SOUND ADVICE FROM THE TORAH












                              The Lord will keep you from all harm—He
                              will watch over your life. (Psalms, 121:7)


                     Though I walk in the midst of troub le, You pre serve my
                     life... You save me. (Psalms, 138:7)

                     The Lord watch es over all who love Him, but all the wick ed
                     He will de stroy. (Psalms, 145:20)


                     The Lord watch es over the al ien and sus tains the fa ther less
                     and the wid ow, but He frus trates the ways of the wick ed.
                     (Psalms, 146:9)

                     ... for He guards the course of the just and pro tects the way
                     of His faith ful ones. (Proverbs, 2:8)


                     The Lord is good, a ref uge in times of troub le. He cares for
                     those who trust in Him. (Nahum, 1:7)

                     He who con ceals his sins does not pros per, but who ev er con -
                     fess es and re noun ces them finds mer cy. (Proverbs, 28:13)

                     He Who has com pas sion on them will guide them and lead
                     them be side springs of wa ter. (Isaiah, 49:10)


                     Shout for joy, O heav ens; re joice, O earth; burst in to song, O
                     moun tains! For the Lord com forts His peo ple and will have
                     com pas sion on His af flict ed ones. (Isaiah, 49:13)

                     Let the wick ed for sake his way and the evil man his thoughts.
                     Let him turn to the Lord, and He will have mer cy on him, and
