... You gave them water for their thirst. For forty years You
sustained them in the desert; they lacked nothing... They took

possession of houses filled with all kinds of good things, wells
already dug, vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees in abun-
dance. They ate to the full and were well-nourished; they re-
veled in Your great goodness. (Nehemiah, 9:20-21, 25)

He has caused His wonders to be remembered; the Lord is
gracious and compassionate. He provides food for those who
                fear Him... (Psalms, 111:4-5)

                       God, the All-Encompassing Ruler

To the Lord your God be long the heav ens, even the hi ghest
heav ens, the earth and ev ery thing in it. (Deuteronomy,
                10:14)

He is the Lord our God; His judg ments are in all the earth.
                (1 Chronicles, 16:14; Psalms, 105:7)

If I go up to the heav ens, You are there; if I make my bed in
the depths, You are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I set tle on the far side of the sea, even there Your hand will
                guide me... (Psalms, 139:8-10)

You hem me in—be hind and be fore; You have laid Your

hand up on me. (Psalms, 139:5)

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory
and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven
and earth is yours. Yours, O Lord, is the kingdom; You are
                exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you;
