             ness and accidents. Even the death of an insect will remind him of the
             death he is trying to get away from. No matter how much he tries to de-
             ny the fact of death, the fear of it will eventually enfold his entire body.
             He grieves for people around him who die and, according to his own
             beliefs, just cease to exist. He begins to find it impossible to deny that
             his own body cannot withstand the ravages of time, and that death is
             drawing closer all the time. Far from comforting him, denying the fact
             of death will bring with it fear, stress and worry.
                  Living irresponsibly in fact opens the door to all troubles and dif-
             ficulties. A person who fails to properly appreciate that everything is











































         Every self will taste death. There’s no escape from this reality.
