TO DO LIST
(Write your wins in the ‘To do list’ worksheet provided)
Now, it’s time to write down a rough list of everything you have
on your mind to do and the work that needs to get done.
Write everything that comes to mind and also check your
work schedule to see what work needs to be done.
Check your diary/digital diary and copy through all the tasks
you have noted.
Think through:
Your work or business
Family tasks and activities
Time for family and friends
Relaxation and breaks
Voluntary work or help you have offered
Appointments
This list is not exhaustive, so take time to think what needs doing.
Keep a digital diary, notepad or yearly diary to jot down
things that need to be done as they come. Don’t try to
remember them in your mind. Writing them down
ensures that you will not lose it. Be sure to write neatly,
so you know exactly what the task is when you go back
to read it. Also add the details of the task, like when it
needs to be done, who is its for and as much detail as
possible.
