YOUR WINS: APPRECIATE AND CELEBRATE
YOURSELF
(Write your wins in the ‘Wins’ worksheet provided)
Rarely do we take the time to appreciate and celebrate our
wins. We are so constantly on the go and trying to get the
next thing done, that we don’t take the time to recognise the
good things in our lives.
So take the time now to think about the things you enjoyed in
the previous week, the things you feel went well and list at
least 5 things, no matter how small.
As you think about these things, spend time basking in them
and truly enjoying them. Release love to you, in recognition of
God’s goodness in your life.

What didn’t go quite as well as you wanted? For this section,
spend a little time writing down what you would have liked
to have worked better last week.
This is not so you can beat yourself up, but a time to realise
that things may not always work the way we want and
sometimes we do make mistakes. Mistakes and failure are a
learning tool. The greatest gift of looking at lessons from the
past, is that it arms us with the wisdom to handle any future
occurrences.
This process helps us to grow and strengthen us, by helping
us face mistakes and situations we are not particularly
comfortable with. I encourage you to take this exercise from a
positive point of view: lessons to learn from.
