         CREATE THE ATMOSPHERE
         So now you’re ready.

         BRING  EVERYTHING  YOU  NEED  TO  YOUR
         CHOSEN SPOT.

         In your quiet spot
             Place your “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
             Play some quiet mellow music, if that normally helps you
             relax.

             Sit/lie down whichever you decide, but don’t be in a hurry.
             Take a couple of minutes to RELAX yourself and get quiet
             and comfortable.
         THIS IS YOUR TIME – LET’S BEGIN

             Take  a  few  deep  breaths,  and  as  you  exhale,  see  yourself
             letting  go  of  busyness  of  your  daily  activities,  letting  go  of
             worries,  concerns  and  anything  that  may  be  going  round
             your mind that needs to be sorted out.
             Repeat the deep breaths until your feel relaxed.

          BE PRESENT IN THE MOMENT
            Don’t  be  in  a  hurry;  put  on  some  music  if  needed,  mellow
            instrumental music may help you relax.
            Try to putting away all electronic devices, or at the least turn
            off  all  notifications  or  pings  so  you’re  not  constantly
            distracted.
