         PREPARE
         The  are  a  few  things  you  need  to  do  before  your  star  this
         exercise:
             Schedule a time for this exercise.
             You will need at least an hour.
             Pencil in the hour in your diary.
             Let your family and friends know you need this to be an
             uninterrupted time.

             Be alone: quiet and undistracted
           Make sure you give yourself enough time, so you don’t feel
           rushed. What’s important is that you are able to cut off from
           all activities and distractions, so that you can become totally
           immersed in your time with God.
           You can break the activity into several chunks, so it does not
           have to be done in one sitting.

         WHAT YOU NEED
            Chose a quiet location for your exercise
            A printed copy of the worksheet
            A Bible (for any scriptures that come to mind)
            Pen

            Extra paper if needed. (I don’t recommend any electronic
            devices, because they can be a source of distraction and
            disconnection.)
            Don’t be in a hurry; put on some music if needed, mellow
            music may help you relax.
            Try to putting away all electronic devices, or at the least turn
            off all notifications or pings so you’re not constantly distracted.
            A “DO NOT DISTURB” sign for the door.
