 Describe how the institution’s Waste Management Program is implemented.

The following measures are observed cleanliness and orderliness of the Campus:

1. Existence of daily cleaners for every classroom in the University

Since IFSU only employs two janitorial staff, the students are required to clean
their respective classrooms every day.

2. Regular cleaning by NSTP classes every Friday of the month

Aside from adopting a barangay, NSTP classes also help to ensure cleanliness and
orderliness of IFSU by cleaning every Friday of the month.

3. USSG-facilitated general cleaning by the students once a month

General cleaning per department will supervised by the USSG Officers is done
once a month.

4. Strict implementation of rules against littering and spitting of betel nut

Littering and spitting of betel nut anywhere is strictly prohibited by the
administration. There is an area designated where to spit betel nut.

 Describe the flow chart form the process of inspection/ management of

facilities for their proper utilization and upkeep.

The General Services Office conducts regular semi-annual inspection of buildings and
other campus physical facilities. The inspection will then serves as a basis for the administration
to set priorities for its annual major repairs on buildings in the campus. Annually, the campus
