There is a strong support of the university administration in securing the biggest asset of
the campus, the Land. The administration has annually appropriating big budget to secure land
titles of all lots acquired by the university. As of now, the campus has completed ownership of its
lots by more or less 70 percent by transfer certificate and or special patent.
The administration is also serious in facing land dispute issues and intrusions by private
individuals through court litigations and winning all legal suit filed against the university.
Income incurred from land rentals in the campus is utilized for establishing permanent
perimeter fence on critical areas in the campus.
There is a strong support linkage between the University and the Local Government Unit
most especially in the ground improvement of the campus by sharing their heavy equipment for
such purpose.
PARAMETER B – BUILDING
1. SYSTEM-INPUTS AND PROCESSES
Present Certificate of Occupancy for the building
As of now, the campus has not yet secured any single occupancy permit for its various
buildings. In the previous, there have been an attempt to secure such permits but were
constraint by issues regarding on some pre-requisites or requirements set by the LGU, of
which the university cannot issue most especially in securing occupancy permits of old
buildings in the campus.
For infrastructure projects to be implemented in the succeeding years to come, the
campus has formulated strategy to come up with the permit. All buildings in the future, a budget
for the permit will be included in the budget of the building and as much as possible, construct
building on lots with complete ownership documents to avoid further delay or non-compliance.
Present the approved Building Plan showing the floor areas of classrooms and other
rooms used by the college.
