Maintenance  and  Other  Operating  Expenses-MOOE  under  the  General  Appropriations  Act
               budget (GAA).

                       A programs-of-work will be prepared and submitted to the main campus for the approval
               of the University President before it will be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee for
               bidding and for the office of the Infrastructure and Site Development for implementation.

                       For minor repairs of other building components, the building in-charge usually, the deans
               of colleges, will request repair activities to the office of General Services. A request template is
               then filled by the requesting officer and lodge the request form to the office for evaluation and
               approval  by  the  Campus  Executive  Director  (CED).  Upon  the  approval  of  the  CED,  the  GSO
               chairperson will schedule the repair activity.

               3. OUTCOMES


                           Show evidence that the Campus is safe, well-maintained, clean and properly
                             landscaped.
