- Currently there are no MirrorLink v1.2 certified phones available (ML over Wi-Fi)

- At least one certified app must be installed on the phone:

- Some phone brands have out of the box a selection of certified apps installed

- Some phone brands require to select a USB-mode once plugged-in (HTC, Sony)

- Being listed as compatible on the MirrorLink website does alas not guarantee it will work

- Please try before advertising to the customer that their phone is indeed compatible

- Be sure to have the latest software running (phone, apps, DCU)

- Reset phone and DCU
- Check USB in general (cable, sockets)

- Crosscheck with another phone and on another identical vehicle
