Rachel Boyett, mother of three and life-time
     LITTLE                                                            vegetarian, is a firm believer in one meal for all

                                                                       the family.

     VEGGIE                                                            Rachel set up her Instagram account when she
                                                                       started weaning her first child and quickly realised
                                                                       that rather than being an extra level of admin,
                                                                       weaning was actually really fun and a brilliant
     EATS                                                              opportunity to get creative.


                                                                       Her own style of cooking and recipes has evolved
                                                                       as her family has grown. She is passionate about
                                                                       creating simple and adaptable recipes which
                                                                       introduce children to lots of flavour.
