My business philosophy is that you just have to work harder (усердней) than
everybody else (кто-либо ещё). I think we all think we’re working hard all
the time but I always tell my kids, they were like (они мне такие говорят)
“Yeah, we know you work hard!”. I’m like (а я им такая говорю) “No. it’s
not just I work hard that put in harder work (усердней работаю) than
everybody else. I work harder, and harder, and harder, and harder, and when
everybody is sleeping, I’m doing more.” I said that’s what it takes (это, что
нужно, чтобы) to have that kind of success. It’s just a relentless
(непрекращающийся) pursuit (погоня за) of creativity.

When this is asked, they are looking ……….what makes you……. Be honest
with your answers. That ………having a pause and think for a second. That is
alright.
