                Answer the questions:
             1.  What is the fifth reason why employees quit?
             2.  Why do employers underpay their workers?
             3.  What kind of benefits could help?
                Reason #5 why your good employees are leaving is the pay is not fair (не
                честно) or reasonable (обоснованно). Now this is self-explanatory (говорит
                само за себя). But if you know that you are underpaying (недоплачиваете)
                your employees then you can expect that turnover (текучесть/ротация) is
                going to happen. Unless you have already planned for this and implemented
                benefits (выгоду, которую работники могут извлечь) that are going to go
                above  and  beyond  (сделают  всё  возможное)  what  the  pay  allows
                (позволит). So, for example, additional vacation, employee-centered events
                (события/мероприятия),  purposeful  (целенаправленное)  work  training,
                anything that is going to get them to stay engaged (остаться вовлечёнными)
                and compelled (будут вынуждены) to stay longer at the organization is going
                to help.
                Exercise 156. Read and translate the sentences, explain the usage of the
                tenses.
             1.  For the record, those sloppy IT-specialists are going to run this by colleagues,
                as they have already texted them about the meeting.
             2.  Off the top of my head, Jennice will not consider any low paying jobs, as she
                wants to be able to provide for her family.
             3.  Notably,  these cheerful rookies are  working in shifts this  month instead of
                having a 9 to 5 job, as they need to get the project done (закончить проект)
                faster.
             4.  Besides,  don’t  sweat  it!  Everything  will  be  OK,  we  promise.  The  thing  is,
                Kevin’s boss is having lunch with her persuasive HR manager in a new Chinese
                restaurant next week, so he will run this by her.
             5.  It seems to me, all of our persistent accountants will make us call them  in
                advance (заранее) so they would know who will be on time.
