This automated form is the easiest and best way
for you to feedback on how your event went.
Once completed it goes directly to your Regional
Manager, Hub Leader and the Events teams to
ensure action is taken where needed.

It is used to:
• Improve partner workshops currently underway
• Pass on tips/tricks to other Regional Leaders
running similar workshops
• Improve processes

• Pass on feedback to all involved as required

DairyNZ Reporting
Our partnership with our founding partner DairyNZ
is important at all levels of the organization, to
demonstrate how we are working to achieve
the outcomes of commitment #5 of the Dairy
Tomorrow Strategy. We are regularly held up as the
‘poster girl’ by DairyNZ and acknowledged as the
organization leading transformational change for
people in the industry.

In order to report on our relationship at a regional
level, we need to capture engagement and
collaboration with our DairyNZ colleagues in the
debrief form.

Your Regional Manager will be using this
information to feedback and report to DairyNZ to
highlight how we have been working together with
them.
