       Stuffed Mushrooms

            Mushrooms are amazing! They are packed with antioxidants that aid in brain

            function, boost heart health, they are bone strengthening, and they are low in
        calories. These stuffed mushrooms are the perfect way to enjoy all of these benefits!

        Ingredients

        One package button or cremini                          Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill the
        mushrooms                                              mushroom caps with the mixture.

        Two tablespoons of butter                              Top with more parmesan if desired,
        Eight ounces cream cheese                              and bake for fifteen minutes in a 400
