Our values
As a school, we have 3 ideals we value above all else. These are: kindness,
community and inclusivity. As staff, we try to embody these in everything
we do so that the students in our care also come to value these concepts.
We use these words in our interactions with students as often as possible.
Our vision statement, which was chosen by the staff and student body, is:
everyone in our school community is empowered by resilience, confidence
and happiness.
We belong to the Aspirations Academies Trust and the three guiding
principles and eight conditions we all strive to fulfil are detailed below.
