Leprechaun Crunch
Peeps S’Mores
Can you believe the Easter candy is on the store shelves? I have never been a Peep girl. When I was young my Mom al- ways used to put Peeps in my Easter basket and I would never eat them. At least, not until I discovered the Peeps and choc- olate combination. A Peep dipped in chocolate? I can get on board with that! The first time I ever tried chocolate covered Peeps was when I visited our friends in Michigan. Peeps with chocolate is a match made in heaven. Since I was now a Peeps convert we decided to jump on the bandwagon and make a Peeps smore. I know this is a strong statement but these were even better than traditional smores! If you think you don’t like Peeps try them with chocolate!
Ingredients
Peeps Graham Crackers Hershey’s chocolate bar
Directions
We decided to keep things simple so we made our smores in the microwave. Stack a graham cracker, a piece of choco- late, and a Peep on a plate. Microwave for about 15 seconds. Place another graham cracker on top and smush it all down.
Take a fun spin to this unique and yummy trail mix, perfect for the start of spring.

Leprechaun Crunch Directions:
1. Start by melting the butter in a saucepan. Then add the marshmallows and stir. I used a bag of colored marshmallows and only used the green from the package. You can also melt the butter and marsh-
mallows in the micro-
wave.
2. Pop the popcorn
according to the pack-
aging.
3. Empty the popcorn
into a large bowl. Next
add the marshmallow
mixture and stir until
you have coated all of
the popcorn.
4. Next, add in any of
the toppings. I added
the pretzels, pepper-
