        Otherwise, if you have not been to Dedham and are approaching on the A12:

        1.5 mi 51.9870, 1.0076 Leave the A12 s/p “Flatford / Raydon / Holton St Mary”.


        At the exit itself the s/post says “Hadleigh / East Berholt / Colchester”.

        After leaving the motorway turn  l. following a sign “East Bergholt /  Flatford / B1070”.


        51.9888, 1.0057 Turn r on to the B1070 s/posted “Notley End Park / Hadleigh B1070” and “Holton
        St Mary”.
